Make up ideas for a blue satin dress?

Its for my winter ball so not everyday make up. Any ideas are appreciated. if you post pics i will return the favor five times!

Okay so a blue dress
where talking glittery shades that catch the lights and make you sparkle right ?.
My initial thought was a shimmery eye shadow in a deep blue / navi but you dont want to be too matchy matchy as sometimes style is all from the unique choices and mixing things up will get you noticed in a positive way .
How about we start with a shimmery dust in a silver or grey and then line your eyes with navey blue or electric blue liner the contrast will look beautifull , flicking out at the ends will add drama and put your look from daytime to diva . Smudge a blue or black kohl pencil underneith your peepers for a smokey sultry feel. Lashing of black mascara to finish the eyes .
Next because the eye makeup is complex you dont want to do anything to bright around the rest of the face , try a good primer because the lights and atmosphere will be hot and steamy and we want that foundation too keep looking flawless . Then a cream foundation to cover any blemishes a dusting of powder to stop you looking too shiney and a metalic bronzer making you look like a bronzed godess . For the lips I would recomend a simple block colour of maybe a neautral pink with a slick of gloss . Add highlighter to your brow line and cheek bones .
