How to apply temporary comb in hair color?

I just bought bright pink and blue comb in hair highlights, to try over the summer, but I’m not sure how to use them. The only stuff it comes with is a packet of color, and a small comb. The directions don’t really tell me that much. Can someone tell me how to use it? I want thick and thin streaks of both colors in my hair. Should I do it myself, or have someone else do it? I’m afraid it might turn out really ugly, and then not come out.

if its in like a little box from hot topic then you just put some on the come and brush through a setion of hair. add more as you like. it didnt work on my brown hair it just looked wet.
