Fill you sink with warm water and some soap powder suited to the material as you can get something like Dreft, or Fairy, also i think that there is a product on the market called Woolite, then put the dress into the sink and very gently squeeze it through until you have squeezed every bit, you only need to do this for about 5/10 minutes, then when you pull out the sink plug run the cold water onto it to get the soap out, it should not take long, add some softener as you do this, then when you feel it is rinsed enough, take it out to the washing line dripping put it onto a coat hanger inside out and peg it to your line if you have a problem pegging it tie something around the hook of the hanger and let the dress drip dry.
