Full size quilt on a Twin Extra Long bed?
I am about to be dorming with beds that are “Twin Extra Long” (36 x 80 inches). I understand that I need to buy a fitted sheet that is Twin XL, but will my quilts and comforters made for a full size bed fit the twin extra long bed? The beds are a bit high as well. No bs answers please! Answer if you know this or have had personal experience.
Hi, Your full quilts will work they will just hang lower on the sides of the bed which gives you more coverage when you turn over. At the end of the bed your quilt will not hang down as much since the twin extra
long bed is 5 inches longer than your full size quilt. If you want your quilt to hang down more at the end of the bed then get a twin xl comforter.

full mattress is 54″x75″.
