What’s the clothing shop/brands used for the woman in the Melbourne Lose Yourself Tourism commercial campaign?

The commercial is of a woman who is walking through the whole of Melbourne carrying a giant red ball of ‘wool’ and lets it unravel as she travels round. I want to know, for at least the skirt and/or petticoat, the brand or shop or where you can get it. Even better would be information for the whole ensemble. It is a greyish khaki colour and quite long (I think a little bit past her knee though she is tall) and there is a little lace peeping out which makes me think it’s a petticoat underneath. It’s really poofy too. Any information about any of clothes/accessories/shoes would be great. Thanks!
