Where can I get a waterproof clear fabric glue for sticking rhinestones on a dress?

Who makes a product of this description? I need to stick the rhinestoness on my ballroom dance dress……I have tried the glue from Chrisanne & DSI (large dance wear manufacturers) but once in water (although wrongly advertised) they aren’t waterproof & the stone comes off!
Can anyone suggest a clear, fabric glue that will not cause all the stones to fall off when I gently handwash the dress. Thanks!

Why don’t you use hot-fix rhinestones? They already have clear glue at the back and easily stick to the clothing when applied heat with an iron or hot-fix applicator. But if you are happy to use glue, you can get clear fabric glue for rhinestones from this website.This glue is called strass244.
